What to wear in Venice :: The winter edition style edit

While in Venice, we were really lucky to experience the warmest weather, it certainly felt like summer flying from Scotland! Come autumn, I am all about burgundy, stripes and ankle boots, and so prior flying, I went shopping at Topshop, I was in need of a few mini skirts (this is exactly what I had in mind), that would make it to Italy with me and a few scarves to keep me warm.

I wanted my luggage to be filled with outfits that are adaptable to sudden weather changes and any occasion that would come along the way. Whereas most of my day-to-day outfits are the classic jeans+sweater combo, when on holidays I like to make an effort and get dressed with outfits that match the place I visit, remember my Parisien look when in France?

I am a firmer believer that stripes and hats can take you anywhere, so most of my outfits where accompanied by stripes and hats. Enough with the talking though, here’s my Venetian style edit!
