Happy Friday everyone and welcome to another instalment of The Friday Edit blog Series! We are well into autumn here in Scotland and loads of exciting things have happened this week with more coming my way. If you haven’t seen my latest posts, I got a new team of contributors, for which I am so excited! They are all a good bunch of people and I am extremely proud to have them here by my side. They come from different backgrounds and age groups so loads of interesting content will be added to Natbee’s and I hope you will like their posts and show them some love while being here 🙂
Without further ado, here’s what happened this week:
ONE// Afternoon tea at Almondine on Thistle Street! If you have been reading this blog for a while then I am sure you know about my love of afternoon tea experiences because: a) I can barely hide my excitement when I am having one, and b) I have an afternoon tea reviews category here on the blog featuring the best of the best and the ones that I have enjoyed the most! Almondine is one of these places that instantly transfers you to Paris and everytime I have lunch there or pop in to buy macarons I feel like I am in a different city. I am editing a vlog about our Almondine afternoon tea experience just now so I keep an eye for it!
TWO// The GORGEOUS Stubbs & Wootton Embroidered Bee Loafers that have caught my attention and I cannot take my eyes off them (or get them off my online cart) since last week. Aren’t they the cutest?
THREE// Speaking of what’s in my cart, with my birthday approaching I made a big wishlist of all the things that I like at J.Crew and there is one thing that I am 100% tempted to buy, this Topcoat in red, wouldn’t it be ideal for afternoon autumn walks through the park?
FOUR // Having my nails done this evening. My friend Kim will come by the flat with all her beautician equipment and do her magic on my nails. I haven’t have them done since my trip to London so I am SO excited to have them done once again!
FIVE // Going for dinner tonight at Thaikhun Aberdeen!I visited Thaikhun some years ago (and blogged about it here if you fancy a read), as part of a press dinner. Thaikhun is a sister restaurant of Chaophraya and as I am a big fan of Chaophraya I trust the hands of the Thakhun chefs equally! Tonight, we are going there with our friends to try their new menu and also to celebrate my birthday that is tomorrow! I can’t tell that I am excited to grow older but I am definitely happy to have lived another year, be healthy and surrounded by good friends.
And that’s all from me for now. Now tell me, how is the rest of you?
Any weekend plans?
