One positive thing about recovering at home, is that I have loads of time in my hands to browse through my favourite blogs.
One of my all time favourite blogs is The Littlest Things by Sophie, an Australian blogger. Sophie’s blog inspire me in so many different ways, her photography is indescribably beautiful and through her posts I feel like travelling to Australia, the place I want to work and live sometime in the future.
Recently Sophie got married to the love of her life and while scrolling through her stunning wedding pictures, I realised that also many of my friends are getting married lately (thanks facebook feed for the updates). I don’t hear wedding bells ringing in my head yet, but I quite fancy the idea of organising a wedding, from the biggest to the smallest details, like choosing the wedding venue to finding the ideal make up for the special day. Pinterest is my friend and after a quick scroll through wedding boards, as well as the BlueBay Hotels & Resorts Weddings site, I got the inspiration to write a post about my favourite beauty products and tips for all my friends that are soon to become brides!
♥ Emphasize your eyes by using some concealer around the them. The Bobbi Brown creamy corrector is ideal for tired eyes and neutralizes the darkness of the area. It is easy to blend, does not crease and is infused with conditioners to protect the skin, Win-win!
♥ Add some colour to atone the whiteness of the dress; floral headbands and a good blush will do miracles! The Dior Diorific Golden is an illuminating powder for an exquisite complexion, tinged with a pink or golden yellow shimmer. You will be glowing all night long and you skin will look bright and healthy 🙂
♥ Instead of having the usual French manicure,go pro with some glitter on your nails and a total white look. Michael Kors nail lacquer in white colour is one of my favourites, gives a smooth glossy finish and lasts for ages.
