Since I’ve been back home, my diet has changed massively. From avocado and scrambled eggs on toast, that was my typical breakfast choice when I was living in Aberdeen, I had all the breakfast foods I’ve been CRAVING and missing while being away from home.

Bougatsa,

Sweet milk pie (galatopita),

Chocolate crepes,

Chocolate donuts,

Vanilla biscuits soaked in coffee,

are just a few of the things I’ve been having and very much enjoying lately. But with my iron deficiency getting more if an issue, I decided to be a bit better and eat more healthy foods in the morning, starting with this peanut butter, banana and chia seeds on toast!
