The few days I can have a proper lunch break and take some time off my laptop screen, I tend to go for a walk around the campus of the University of Aberdeen, which (for those who don’t live in Aberdeen to know this) is the most beautiful area of the city!

Last week me and Androniki made it a priority to go for a coffee, and so we went at Starbucks, the biggest cafe in the campus. Steven and I, very often head over in the direction of this particular Starbucks during the weekend, as it lies in front of a big garden, where Cruz can play freely. This time though, I kept him in my hug as he was a bit too much energetic to be left off the lead.

We had cappuccinos and also shared a lemon/poppy seed muffin, that went down very well considering that I have such a sweet tooth and I am forever craving of cakes, especially when I am drinking coffee!
We sat outside and enjoyed our coffee while Cruz was socialising with every passing person. Pretty sure this dog could do the PR for the University! campus of the University of Aberdeen
It is always nice to sit somewhere away your office while having a lunch break, even though it was only forty minutes, it felt like it was more than two hours. Maybe it was because I had all my attention in this playful puppy in my arms, but I genuinely enjoyed this lunch break.

And just when we were about to leave, and go back to our work, we found this adorable bike of my dreams, sitting outside the High Street, looking for some companionship, and who am I to say no, and resist taking a picture with it? Cruz loved it too, so maybe time to get me a Dutch style bike soon? campus of thcampus of the University of Aberdeene University of Aberdeen
