As I was looking for a simple way to recycle all these empty honey jars I kept collecting in my kitchen cupboards I came up with the chia-pudding-travel-jar idea!

Soak chia seeds overnight in soy yogurt or sugar-free almond milk for a nutritious breakfast or filling lunch. Use seeds, almonds, fruits and honey for extra flavour- a few organic dark chocolate chips are good too but be careful not to turn this healthy meal into a dessert!
