Fitness // Pre-gym snack

Just got back home from a day spent in the beach and I am about to head to the gym. I completed Kayla Itsines week 5 yesterday so today I am going swimming in the pool as my muscles feel very tight.
Here’s a snack I had to keep me going until dinner; porridge with soya milk, raisins and a bit of cinnamon on top. Yummy!
