Fitness // September Goals

Hi lovelies!
So summer is over and the time to set up new goals with the beginning of the fall season has come.


For me September is not only the first month of autumn, but also the month I have my birthday, so I always make some sort of an annual report, checking if I have achieved the goals I had set up the previous year and how far I am from these.  Normally my goals are career oriented but this time just for the fun of it I decided to try something new!
As I keep up with my fitness journey (with its ups and downs due to travelling-but still in a satisfactory level), I decided to set up two goals for this month–>

Goal No.1: SUGAR FREE SEPTEMBER
Now, this will be the hardest challenge for me as I live and breathe on cakes and ice-creams, but just because I find it so hard, I HAVE to try it just to prove myself that I can do it! {Steven is also with me so this helps a lot!}

Goal No. 2: DRINK ONLY WATER SEPTEMBER
As I had quite a few hangovers lately I decided to cut down on alcohol, caffeine and juices and drink ONLY water for the entire month. I mean, we are made out of water, so what more do I need to convince myself of its importance? I have decided to step up the game by adding slices of lemon & mint or soft fruits to make water a bit more tasty and I cannot wait to feel more refreshed and hydrated than I do currently 🙂
