To celebrate Pancake Day I created these de-li-cious protein, gluten and sugar free pancakes the other day. They are so good you have to try them!

Serving 2 people:
2 eggs
2 mashed bananas
2 tbsp of whey protein or gluten free flour-works with both
dash of cinnamon
honey, berries and Greek yogurt for topping
Blend all the ingredients until you create a batter.
Pre-heat a pan and bake each side until it gets brown.
It takes approximately 1′ per pancake.
