Start by boiling the condensed milk in it’s can for 2 hours. Refill the pan with water frequently.
Smash up the biscuits and poor them into a ceramic tray.
Put the dark chocolate pieces and the butter into the microwave until they melt.
In the meantime slice the bananas…
…and squeeze the lemon
When the dark chocolate and butter are melt, mix them and poor over the biscuit layer.
Mix and put into the fridge until stiffen up.
In a pan add the lemon juice and a teaspoon of butter, allow it to heat and the fry the bananas
In bain-marie let the milk chocolate pieces to melt and then poor it into a pan and add the double cream
Add the boiled condensed milk (that is more like a cream than a milk now) and mix all together until they become a chocolate cream.
Create layers of chocolate cream and banana slices
Decorate with chocolate drops and have it in the fridge for an hour.
