Food // Pasta with Salmon and spinach

I love pasta and this is my favourite recipe by far. Give it a go, it does worth the try 🙂
For this recipe you will need (2 servings):
250gr pasta
1 cup fresh chopped spinach
200gr smoked salmon
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 cup double cream
1/2 cup green peas
black pepper
Boil the pasta into a slightly salted water for 12 min. In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter and the double cream. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese until they all melt together.
Crumble the salmon into the sauce and add the pepper.
Stir the peas and spinach for no more than 5min until they turn into a deep green colour.Pour them into the sauce.
Serve into a deep plate.
