Cooking is kind of my personal meditation. When I feel really stressed, I like to spend sometime in the kitchen alone, preparing delicious meals for my friends made out of the best ingredients. I haven’t had much time lately to do a proper recipe post, but these are some recipes I’ve found and loved on Pinterest, so might probably try them sometime soon.
Yoghurt ice cream, chocolate cake and ice chai tea latte are perfect for summer. They have a refreshing, rich taste with low calories so you won’t feel guilty by eating more than one portion. Plus eating many scoops of ice cream is a great excuse during that warm weather. You can call it your own way of dealing with the heat!
Super tasty seafood, like Bay scallops with lime and chilli has been one of my favourites for ages. To me it is the best low fat supper (less than 100 calories) and it is so easy and quick to do it. Talking about quick recipes, have you ever tried the garlic pasta and cheese artichoke bread? They just take 20 minutes to prepare each and they taste as great as the ingredients. Make all these cheese artichoke breads in a party and I am sure you will impress your fellow dinners, and if you do, please give me a shout. I’d love to come over!
