Tiramisu, my all time favourite dessert! Rich in taste and flavours, tiramisu makes the perfect dessert to enjoy after dinner or with a glass of champagne with your date at night.
This time I made a super-light version of the traditionl recipe, by using soft cream cheese, instead of double cream.
It is pretty quick to do it and totally worth it! Let me know if you try it 🙂
Put the espresso coffee and the rum essence in a shallow dish and dip the sponge fingers in pieces until they get slightly wet, but not soggy.
In bowls, or glasses in my case, place the fingers and cream in layers.
Dust the top layer with some cocoa powder and grated chocolate.
Place in the fridge for a couple of hours and then enjoy!
