So this is my second outfit for the festival season lookbook I am doing with Target Dry. Like I said yesterday, this jacket keeps me very warm so decided to be a bit of a hippy and wear my bootcut jeans along with a crop top.
Earlier today I was browsing the internet during my lunch break and stumbled upon an article about the things bloggers do and are annoying. As I was in a hurry I didn’t bookmark the page but while walking back home I realised there are loads of thinks bloggers (and especially fashion bloggers) do and they never admit (including myself), leaving people annoyed for their pretendence. I try to read blogs that I link the bloggers life/situation with me and not blogs that leave me thinking what am I doing wrong in my life-I am perfectly sure I am doing just fine. Nevertheless, I too myself do somethings that might annoy others so here’s my mini list/confession:

-We take loads of pictures, at least 3 different of each pose and then choose the most flattening angle.
-We own a lot to our friends, sisters, brothers, mothers, and ex-boyfriends (or anyone else who is/ was willing to become our photographer for a post/posts).
-We do have an inspirational folder on our desktop (aka pictures of other bloggers) that we are hoping to get inspired from, or to be more precise copy in a meaningless way. It never happens though, because most photoshootings happen in a rush and this folder is never been looked at.
-The best moments are never been captured. The beautiful sunset in Corfu, the stunning waterfall close to Aboyne, the delicious chocolate souffle, well all these have been enjoyed and been kept in mind rather than been documented on Instagram.
-We are not happy everyday, hence looking at a blogger’s social media and assuming that she is happy all year around is not the most genuine assumption. Happiness comes in moments, not 24/7.
-Most poses are stationed, yup the blogger who has 100 selfies or 1000 pictures of her infront of a sunset, well I bet she didn’t even have a look at the sunset…
-We get dressed for a photoshooting, no one walks all over the place with high heels and perfect make up, unless it’s the weekend and there is a car nearby so that you don’t have to walk 😛
-We edit our pictures; let’s face it, everyone has imperfections and no one was born with the perfect skin-Rosie Huntington is excluded.

Are there any things that bloggers do and bother you? I’d love you to share your thoughts with me!

Anastasia
