You might have noticed some gap in posting here at Natbee’s (okay that’s for most of my part because my lovely girls are doing their job greatly keeping you updated with their posts and delicious recipes), and the reason is that I hit a severe case of work overload.
And it hit me hard! I don’t think I’ve ever had to work that hard on the blog , I am currently working on four different highly demanding projects ON TOP of my actual work and studies! Which means there is little to no time for myself to relax and recharge my batteries. Add to this that I am still homeless, living at Helena’s living room and then you get the picture of how messy my life is at the moment.
But you know, every time I go through difficulties in life I know they happen for a reason. And this reason is to remind me how strong I am as a person, how resilient my character is, how adaptable I am to unexpected situations and how even more proud I should be of myself, because in all honesty I’ve never met someone being hit by so many sides and still keep walking. So today I am going to work hard, try to finish as much as I can and then take myself for a walk down the beach and get me some ice-cream. The exact same thing I would do for a friend who was going through all this mess and kept walking forward.
I wish I could have my wee Cruz along but he is living with his dad so not much chance of me seeing him. Here are a few shots of us a few weekends back. Isn’t he the happiest chap?
If you are too struggling at the moment or going through weird life phases remember that life is a circle and what goes around comes around.
Here are a few things to tell yourself every morning::
💙 I am capable of achieving all my dreams no matter how unrealistic they might currently seem.
💙 Today is a new day and a new chance for me.
💙 I deserve the best of everything I get.
💙 Everything worth fighting for is hard to get.
💙 I am unique.
💙 I am strong and independent.
💙 Things will get better. You won’t be stuck in this situation forever!
