One of the many reasons to love Edinburgh is that you can be close to nature within a short walking distance from the heart of the city. On Saturday morning, the boy told me to wear my hiking shoes because he wanted to show me something. Let’s be honest here, I don’t even have an outdoor-activities-jacket, let alone shoes to climb a hill, who am I kidding, I thought. I ended up getting dressed with the most inappropriate gear for hiking-white denim shorts and a Burberry cardigan, in case you wonder, and we headed for Arthur’s Seat, a hill that took me sometime to climb but was totally worth it. The view from up there was stunning and the atmosphere was so relaxing, made me wanna visit back with every chance I get!

New Year’s Resolution – No. 1 & 2: Be closer to the nature more frequently and get fit–>noted!

Have you ever been to Arthur’s Seat?
