Today I woke up with the determination to go to the gym; I prepared myself mentally for the workout that will follow and got my backpack ready, until the time I had a look outside the window. Absolute chaos, cold and windy over the top. Having no urge to go out whatsoever, I decided to postpone my visit to the gym and do another post with my last pictures from Newcastle, showing you the amazing view from the top of the Baltic. Speaking of which, it has been a week since we were there but it feels like it’s been a month or so. The past week has been very busy and I fear for the up-coming one..
How was your Valentine’s? We spent it at the cinema watching 50 shades of Grey and it was such a huge disappointment. For someone who have read the books, I was expecting a bit of Christian Grey glory, but instead everything was a great facade; wrong choice of cast, much Twilight copying and not even close to the book’s story. The end was unexpected and all in all a very, very plain scenario. Once again it was proven that a movie can rarely be as good as a book (ahem, not that 50 shades is a great trilogy in terms of writing or literature, but for what it’s worth, surely they could have done a better job with the movie). Right, enough with the moaning, I hope you all guys had a lovely weekend and let’s toast to a great Monday.
Love,
Anastasia
